Mount Zion Methodist Chapel was built in 1837 and rebuilt in 1846. The presemt chapel, dated 1846, is built in the Vernacular style with a long-wall entry plan. Mount Zion is now Grade 2 Listed as a good example of a simple early nineteenth century chapel.
