Description
Maesgwyn Methodist Chapel, probably also know as 'Moriah', was built in 1855. The chapel was built in the Vernacular style with a gablee entry plan, brick walls and a slate roof. Internally the chapel had a tiled floor and small pews. The pulpit was at the western end and there were bookcases for a lending library. This chapel closed after the Harvest Festival of 1976 and it has since been converted into a house.
