Caersws Englsh Baptist Chapel was first built in 1820 and rebuilt 1887. The present chapel, dated 1887, is built in the Simple Gothic style with a gable entry plan. It is a red, decorative tile-hung chapel with red brick return elevations. The gable entry is via a centre door with an ashlar-framed rose window over it, and above are three flat-headed and columned lights and plain flanking lancet windows with leaded glazing. The four-bay side elevations with end stair turrets, are ornamented with a moulded brick paterae. The side elevations are lit by pointed windows with Y-tracery and margin panes.
