The building is three storeys high plus attic, has eleven bays, and is built of rubblestone with yellow-brick dressings under a pitched slated roof. Originally Felin Isaf Woollen Mill, it became a milk cooling centre (nprn 91731), and since at least 1990 is in use by a builders merchant.
