Description
Cathdral Road Methodist Chapel was built in 1903 to the design of architect Edgar George Down of Cardiff. It is built in blue pennant sandstone in the Gothic style, with Art Nouveau details and a long-wall entry plan. The chapel has buttresses, a tall integral tower and perpendicular windows with diamond glazing. Although recently converted into the Wallich Centre for homeless people, this chapel building is Grade 2 Listed. The congregation meets in an annexe.
