Ebeneser (1) Independent Chapel was built .c1780 and rebuilt in 1792 by architect and builder Richard Marc. This chapel was rebuilt again in 1832 and 1855. The present chapel, dated 1855 was designed by architect Owen Morris Roberts of Porthmadog and built in the later Vernacular style with a gable entry plan, two storeys and flat headed windows. This chapel was converted into flats in 1998.
