A three storey house with two pitched roofs, that come together to create an M-shape. The roof is made of slate with a bricked chimney stack. A two gable front which has, one bay window and one sash window to each floor of the gables. The front and sides ground floor is encased by a veranda and has only one bay window. The rear wall is not rendered only the front and sides are.
