Sacred Heart Catholic church, Morriston replaced an earlier building, originally a Baptist chapel which had been in use as a Catholic church since 1899. The old chapel/church was destroyed by fire in 1952 and the new church was completed to replace it in 1955. The building was reordered in 1963.
