Hill Independent Chapel was built in 1881 and rebuilt in1897. The present chapel, dated 1897, was designed by architect W.W.Williams of Swansea and constructed by builder T. Davies. It is built in the Romanesque style, with a gable entry plan, two storeys and round headed windows.
