Built as North & South Wales Bank c.1870. Converted to chapel c.1909. Built in the Sub-Classical style, gable entry type. Status (1998): disused
This single-storey Italianate style building was opened in 1870 as the North & South Wales Bank. After the bank moved to new premises in Great Darkgate Street in 1909 (the present HSBC bank) the building became the Elim Pentecostal Church. It was converted for secular use ca. 1983. It is now a restaurant (2011).
