On level ground on the lower SW slopes of Foel Deg-arbedol at 265m above O.D. are remains of a building. It measures approximately 10m N-S x 3.8m overall and the walls are turf-consolidated rubble up to 0.4m high. There is an entrance gap 1m wide in the centre of the W wall. At the N end of the E wall is an annex, bounded by a vague bank of turfed rubble 3.6m N-S x 3.5m overall. From the centre of its N wall a turfed bank 1.5m wide x 0.3m high runs to the N for 30m, and from the SE corner of the main building a bank 1.0m wide x 0.4m high extends 3.5m to the SE.
