The earthwork remains of a homestead are now almost completely obliterated by the dumping of mounds and spreads of rubble removed from elsewhere prior to the erection of several barns. Previously, the foundations of several rectangular buildings and a yard were recorded and 13th/14th century potsherds had been recovered from molescrapes.
