DescriptionRhos Bothan is a two-storey house of limestone rubble construction under a slate roof. The plan of the house survives as it was when built around 1650, although there have been modern renovations. The east and west walls, and the walls of the south projection, have distinctive stepped gables. The windows in the north and south walls are original. Little original detail remains inside, with the exception of some ceiling beams and roof trusses.
