1. 16th/17th Century Welsh cot. Rubble and oak beams. Steep slate roof. Rubble chimney at rear. 19th Century shop front.

2. A seventeenth century house, two bays of two storeys and attics under a steep slate roof. The front wall is timber-framed with rubble infill. The first floor jettied out to the front and timber work is exposed within. The rear and party walls are of stone. The house presents a nineteenth century facade to the street, stuccoed, with a ground floor shopfront. There was formerly a single storey range to the rear, where an early nineteenth century stable block, of one storey and loft, closed the yard.
