Description
Three two storey houses or cottages, presenting stuccoed facades to The Watton.

Nos 88-9 are thought to be early to mid nineteenth century. They form a symmetrical pair of three bays. The centre bay has a sash window above an arched entrance or passage. No 88 has modern paired sashes above a modern showroom. No 89 has a sash window above a modern shopfront. Arch Cottages to the rear of No 89 (NPRN 405882) were originally a store or workshop.

No 87 shows a single gabled bay with a sash window above and a doorway below. On OS 1st edition Brecon Town Plan this site is shown as an arched entry to the area to the rear of Tregunter Place. The present building appears to be depicted on the 2nd edition County series (Brecknock. XXVIII.13 1904).
