Four properties on the west and south sides of Market Square, built as part of the initial developement of Tremadoc in the first decade of the nineteenth century.
These are two storey, three bay buildings with central doorways. The walls are of roughly coursed and squared stone, under slate gabled roofs. Nos. 6 & 8 were built as a pair, No. 8 houses the 'Golden Fleece' (NPRN 16500). No. 12 now appears to be No. 2 Church Street.
