A two storey stone walled house. It has a three bay facade with a central doorway flanked by stone mullioned windows, with similar windows above. The slate gabled roof is ridged in red tiles. There is a modern extension.
The building appears on the 1st edition OS County series (Caernarvon. V.2 1871). In its present form it is associated with the restoration of Penrhyn Old Hall (NPRN 16691) in about 1900.
