A single-room building of boulder construction, 4.0-5.0m across. There is a single door, a blocked window and a corner hearth. Roofed with turf-covered stone slabs. A pen adjoins on the west.

Depicted on Clynnof Fawr Tithe Map (1840) & OS County series 1st edition (Caernarfon. XXVI.6 1889).
Thought to be eighteenth century or earlier.
