2. The 25-inch O. S. maps denote a complex of buildings of which the largest on the west side, now converted to a dwelling. was probably the fulling mill. It may have been the finishing mill worked in conjunction with the Penybont Factory some 230 metres to the north-north-east, now demolished (NPRN 412218), whose tailrace fed a small millpond 40 metres to the north of the fulling mill.
