1900-1901. Designed as Mostyn Art Gallery and shop premises. Three storeys and attic. Three (once five) bays. Faced with red brick and terracotta. Slate roof with pyramidal spire. Cast-iron verandah (RAJ 17/7/01; based on CADW listing description).

The north-east part of the building is now incorporated into the Post Office (NPRN 23223).
