Court farmhouse is a mainly sixteenth to seventeenth century sturucture. It is two storeys high with a slate roof and central gabled projecting wing. It has a ruined wing. The house was possibly built by Walter Vaughan, who was High Sheriff in 1557. It was extended in the early 17th century. The house passed to the Ashburnham family in 1677, and remained in the family until it was sold in 1922. The house has been uninhabited since c1960.
