Description
No. 8 is a well preserved small late eighteenth century house. It is a two storey building, presently with whitewashed roughcast over its rubble stone walls, under a gently pitched slate roof. It presents a two window front with a central doorway. The windows are generally small, six pane sashes on the upper floor and nine pane sashes below.
A later small single storey cottage, No. 9 (NPRN 17361), adjoins on the south. It may originally have been a workshop.
