Description
One in a row of nineteenth-century cottages, now commercial premises, albeit possibly converted from an earlier (poss. 17th-century) structure. Constructed of painted uncoursed rubble with slate roofs and red-brick chimneys, the cottages have modern casement windows and doors with modern tripartite fanlights, the first-floor openings having slightly bowed lintels. The structures were renovated between 2011?16 and images from 2009 show second-storey sash windows and large single fanlights over doors with double windows.

Possibly the only original feature of the earlier structure which stood on the site is a pointed-arched doorway in number 4, built into the thick dividing wall, which originally served a house to the rear of the structure.
