Poorly preserved ruins of an L-shaped building, a c.25m by 8.0m E-W range, with a c.10m by 8.0m N-S block springing S from its E end;
thought to be the remains of Llanguig Court, a post Reformation residence, successor to Llangewi grange, presented to Margam Abbey (Nprn132) in 1153.
