Description
Probably a late 18th century, three storeyed, terraced house, sharing the same roof-line and frontage as number 12. Externally it is rendered with scored unpainted roughcast, and it has a slate roof. It is lit by 6-pane sashes with narrow glazing bars in reveals, the ground floor window to the left of a square-headed doorway with a wooden doorcase, fluted pilasters, leaded hood and recessd studded door. The rear elevation to Hocker Hill Street has similar windows and another doorway which is now the main entrance.
