Description
Trostrey Lodge is a late Georgian smaller country house, the Bath stone on the east front is probably earlier 19th century, similar to Bath villas of c1820. This front has double bay and a doorcase having Roman Doric columns with some fluting at necks, and open pediment. Internally, there is a Dog-leg stair in 4 flights with ramped rails and stick balusters. Said to have been rebuilt as a private school in the earlier 19th century.
