Description
15 Tudor Street, Abergavenny, was built in the 18th century but has possible 16th century origins. It is built of rubble, 3-storeys and is notable for its wallpaintings and large areas of decoration in black on white lime plaster, comprising bearded caryatids, grotesques, arabesques, knotwork etc. in Flemish Rennaisance style. Probably early 17th century.
