DescriptionEarly 19th century. Roughcast. 3 storeys. 3 widely-spaced sashes with glazing bars.
Wallpaintings: painted partition studs and possibly inscription.
[Additional:] The building has an earlier C17/18th core; see the report by A J Parkinson in the NMRW. Removal of the render from the front elevation in 2004 revealed numerous large fragments of tile. These were not fragments of medieval tiles, as was reported, but broken C19th tiles used to true up the front and provide a key for the render cover when the front elevation was raised and unified in the early C19th.
