Description
Tan-y-castell is an early to mid eighteenth century painted brick town house with a top floor added around 1920. It has a remarkable broad late Georgian shopfront, and it variously served as the premises for painters and glaziers, a chemist, and a cafe. It now provides the premises of architects and estate agents.
