Timber-framed farmhouse, largely dating from C17. Extended and partially remodelled by the Vaynor Estate c. 1850. The orientation of the house may have been altered as there is a disused baffle entry in the rear wall. Box framed with painted brick infill. One and a half storeyed. Probably originally a 3-unit plan but extended in brick to the NW c. 1850. Plain tiled roof; brick axial chimney stack with octagonal clustered shafts (RAJ 1/7/03, based on CADW listing description).
