1. Small shale built structure, three sides externally rendered. Two inscriptions carved on different type of rocks of irregular shapes.

2. Lying within an enclosure covering the area in Gothic script known as the Grange, this summerhouse appears to have been sited within the kitchen garden of Berry Hill proper, to which it is linked on the OS 25 inch plans by a path.
