Description
Pont Llanfair is a late 18th century rubble stone humped road-bridge of two spans with rounded arches and long abutments each side, both at angle to bridge. The north arch is slightly higher than the south arch. The arches have recessed stone voussoirs and keystones to the south arch. There are cutwaters between on both sides, each with a stepped top terminated against a shallow raised pier. The abutments are similar, with some buttressing, but the north abutment has two low floodwater arches.
