Description
Although not precisely located, the remains of this aircraft are designated as a Protected Place under the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986. Event and Historical Information:
On 15 May 1941, a Hawker Hurricane aircraft, V6788, crashed onto the beach at Rhoscolyn. The plane was operating from RAF Valley. The pilot was seriously injured.
