The field system directly connected to the farmstead at Disgwylfa, NPRN 242006. It consisted of two larger fields with several smaller enclosures closer to the focus of the farmstead. The overall dimensions of the field system was 520m north-south by 380m. The field boundaries were in various conditions. Some had been reused as military hedges, others were just earthwork banks.
