Site Record

A culvert or bridge carrying a small watercourse under the Concrete Road. The road was constructed in 1944 and the culvert would appear to be integral to that. Corrugated tin sheet forms the internal arch of the culvert. On either side of the road were short, angled walls built of red Tredegar bricks to guide water through the pipe. J.J.
