Site Record

The quarry is north-facing, but substantially grassed over. Adjacent to the track on the tree line to the east. The quarry is irregular in shape. It is excavated into level ground and has a depth of 3m. It would appear that the quarry was formed to extract walling stone. Large waste mound 10m in length, 4m in width and 3m high.
