Description
The sheepfold is on the eastern side of a stream running down the valley, on a north-facing slope. of irregular shape with 1 cell. Its entrance faces north. The fold measures 20m by 20m and it is 1.2m high. The sheepfold is a large and complex enclosure, creating an open area next to the stream to direct animals to. A shepherd's hut in the north-eastern corner and an area of quarrying activity in the south-eastern corner, either for creating the enclosures or robbing after period of disuse.
