Intake from the common shown on the 1846 Beguildy Tithe survey. Fields cover an area approximately 130m square, NW-SE, bounded by streams on the N and W sides, and banks to E and S with modern fences. Inside are further banks that subdivided the land into several small fields: 6 fields are shown on the 1889 OS although the surviving banks divide the ground into 3 fields, plus a tree-lined former trackway leading out on to the common. Banks are up to 0.5m high.
