Marked as an 'old quarry' on the 1889 OS map. A trench dug into the hillside 8m long NE-SW by 4m wide. Exposed bedrock faces are up to 1.5m high at the uphill (NE) end. Quarry floor is strewn with rubble, with further rubble downhill.
