Description
Intake from the common, known as Cwmago on the 1844 Beguildy (Pennant township) Tithe survey. A group of fields are, in overall dimensions, 450m NE-SW by 150m. The SW end is a modern fence where the original bank peters out, but otherwise it is formed of outer field banks 1.5m wide by 0.5m high, except for the west side, which is 2x1m above a stream valley, and part of the E side, which is also 2x1m. Interior divisions are formed of lower banks, many of them tree-lined.
Recorded as part of Uplands Initiative Survey. R Hayman, H&H, 20/08/08.
