Building shown on the 1844 Beguildy (Pennant township) Tithe survey, possibly a house but in a condition too ruinous to see whether it has a fireplace. It is approximately 9x4m, with some wall revealed at the uphill (W) end, but otherwise a 1m high rubble mound.
