Description
There are eleven rectilinear and two circular ditched pillow mounds at Coed Swydd, measuring c.16-40m and c.8.0m in diameter respectively together with two hollows of uncertain purpose, extending over an area, c.700m NE-SW by 200m. Plough-marks extending over the area appear to overlie the mounds. Conditions were ideal for survey during the uplands survey in 2011 as the bracken cover had been mown and baled, giving a clear view of the ground surface.

An embanked enclosure (Nprn306145) and a pond lie c.250m to the west.
