Felin Gyffin is a water powered cornmill that retains most of its nineteenth century machinery although the main hurst beam of an earlier mill survives with a date of 1714. Spur wheeled machinery replaced the earlier machinery in the nineteenth century. The overshot wheel has an iron rim and hub and was cast at the Rheidol Foundry, Aberystwyth. Two pairs of stones are also preserved.
