Melin Waun ceased working in 1910-11 and is now apparently a ruin.
This was a long two storey range with whitewashed rubble stone walls under a gabled roof. From the north-east end it consisted of: a single bay cottage; a three bay house with a central doorway; a long section with at least one vehicle entry. The overshot millwheel was housed within the south-west end.
The millstream may have powered a second wheel set at the east end of a small building to the north (see NPRN 24814).
