Felin Tal-y-Bont, depicted on the 1st edition OS County series (Carmarthen. XLV.2 1889), is a long range of buildings including the old mill race and wheel space at the western end, the mill itself and a dwelling house. Its present condition is unknown.
The wheel space and mill building have a common roof, deeply hipped to the west. The mill was a two storey building which features a cart entry on the south side. The adjoining house is a higher two storey three bay building. The range was continued by outbuildings to the east.
