Description
1. Late 17th century.
Stone built house, rendered wlls, Roof slated. Porch. Double pile.

2. Bailea lies 0.5km north of Heol Senni on a just to the east of the minor road running towards Defynnog. It is a 2 storey, whitewashed, late 17th century double pile stone farmhouse with a pitched slate roof - with double gable at the rear. The front range was divided between a hall and a parlour, with the entry directly into the hall. Behind the hall was a kitchen, divided from a small dairy by the staircase. The front (south-east) elevation has seven sash windows and an offset doorway and porch. On the back wall of the building, the chimney stack is stepped. The eastern wall of the house may have been re-built in the 18th century.
