DescriptionOne of a pair of late Georgian, two storey houses, with No. 37 Bridge Street. No. 39 presents a single window, rendered front to Bridge Street. The eastern angle is chamfered off and the side elevation has a single upper storey window. The slate roof is hipped to the east and there is a large rubble chimney stack to the west.
The house has been stripped out internally and is joined to Penstaer (NPRN 406028) to the rear by doorways knocked through from both floors.
