Cwm-Llyn-Wenol is situated 3.5km south-west of Tirabad, on the eastern edge of the Crychan Forest. It is the site of a small farmstead, completely eradicated by forestry plantation. It appears on the OS 25' to the mile 1st edition map of 1888.
