Cottage, now part of George Hotel (NPRN 25503).
A one storey building with attics, stone walled with brick dressings. Possibly early eighteenth century. It is set gable-end to George Street, where there is one upper sash window and two below, flanking a blocked doorway. The steeply pitched roof is slate-covered with single dormers to either side.
The building adjoining on the south-east is depicted on OS Brecon Town Plan (1888).
