DescriptionA late seventeenth-early eighteenth century three storey townhouse with attics, modified and otherwise altered in the early nineteenth century. Now a shop with(?) accommodation above. The house makes up the lesser part of a pair with No. 16 (NPRN 25670), they share a common street front of exposed coursed stone rubble and a common slate, hipped, roof.
The High Town street front is three storeys high and two storeys wide. No. 16 contributes a further three window bays. The ground floor is occupied by a late Georgian shopfront with pilasters and three light windows flanking a central entrance.
